As of 2024, all orders going to Singapore will be processed using PHLPOST instead of MyKartero/in-line Courier Service (Singapore/Belgium Post). Be advised before ordering that charges made your postal service via customs may occur.

Shipping Information & Cancellation Policy
All orders are shipped via MyKartero. Courier uses Singapore Postal Service but orders come from the Philippines so expect long shipping period for those outside of Asia.
> Shipping fees are fixed rates and will only increase if you add more plush dolls to your order or reach a number of items in your cart.
> Shipment of orders are scheduled to accommodate the production and packaging prep needed. I'm only one person so I need time before I can ship orders haha

Refund/ Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Refund is only available if your package hasn't been processed or before store launch period is on-going. Please note that any cancellation of orders after preorder period is over will automatically put you on the blacklist.
Severe cases where a request/replacement of lost items or missing packages without solid proof will also be blacklisted as well. Those with proof of lost or missing items will be accommodated without penalties.
Grace period for addressing order concerns must within 2-3 months after shipment. Orders beyond that are no longer entertained.
I apologize for the strict policy but this is to protect myself from lost of profit, penalties with PayPal and repetition of packages being lost.
