STORE POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

By placing an order in my shop, you agree to all store policies stated herein.
The customer will be herein addressed as "the customer" and BRWLVS will be addressed as "the shop"
I. REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES
All sales are FINAL.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges, are NOT allowed nor automatically granted.
Should malicious actions and fraudulent behavior be exercised, customer will be banned from the shop.
Mistakes due to customer negligence will not be refunded nor exchanged.
Examples are, but not limited to, the following: if customer ordered a different item/size/design/color by mistake, accidentally ordered an extra quantity by mistake, inputted incorrect address, mishandled and broke their own item etc.
Refunds and replacements are only granted if proved fault of the shop
Examples are, giving you the wrong item/size/design/color by mistake, mislabeling the package
Defective & damaged items will be discussed on a case-to-case basis
if it's clear it's damaged prior to packaging & shipment, shop will replace, partially refund, or fully refund the item depending on circumstance.
Examples are, but not limited to, stained items, dysfunctional / defective items, dirty items, etc.
if the item is damaged in transit/due to negligence of the courier, we can reach out to the courier and open a case for package mishandling. During the transit between me and you, the couriers are responsible for the package. However the way we can handle this differs from country to country so please reach out to me!
If the package is damaged due to mishandling by the customer, it will not be refunded nor replaced. Examples are, but not limited to, dropping the item, stepping on the item, tearing/cutting the item upon opening the package, spilling liquids on it, etc.
Communication is key to any issues.

II. RETURN-TO-SENDER PACKAGE POLICIES
Return-to-sender packages due to customer negligence will NOT be refunded
For example, if you ordered a different item/size/design/color by mistake, incorrect address, forgot to tell me change of address, nobody home, failure to pick up at post office, package was refused, unpaid customs fees etc
You may opt to have it re-shipped as long as you pay for the shipping fees again
Items will not be shipped nor refunded if you refuse to pay for reshipment. The shop will not bear the cost of re-shipment in circumstances of customer negligence
Return-to-sender packages due to shop's negligence will be reshipped and covered for
for example, if the package was mislabeled by the shop, sent to the wrong address, failed to file the export form, etc.
Shipping information will be double-checked with you and you will not need to pay any fees in this circumstance
Unspecified reason
Sometimes packages get returned to sender for the weirdest reasons. Just contact us so we can both investigate the situation!
III. PACKAGE LOSS/DAMAGE POLICIES
All packages will be shipped in bubble mailers and/or shipping pouches
All acrylic items will be wrapped with extra bubble wrap to cushion the item during transit
Paper-based merchandise will be shipped flat and backed with chip boards and shipped in standard bubble mailers to avoid bending and damage.
Mixed media packages or packages with large quantities will be shipped in cardboard mailer boxes or alternative packaging depending on the item to ensure safe transit of items.
The shop will NOT be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the courier.
The shop is a small business that relies on external courier services to ship items; the shop does not own a shipment company, a fulfillment center or similar courier services
Once the package has been turned over to the couriers and tracking number has been given to you, it is no longer under my care or jurisdiction and is now under the responsibility of the couriers
If a package becomes lost in transit, it will NOT be replaced nor refunded.
I will try my best to assist you should you encounter any issues with your shipment and are willing to communicate with the couriers on my side if possible. In most cases the package can still be found and sent to you even if it's late.
In the event that the package becomes lost/irretrievable I cannot offer replacements nor refunds since it is a courier issue and not the shop's fault.
I would encourage you to open a case towards the courier who handled the package in your country. You may be able to get compensation for your lost items
IV. TARIFFS / IMPORT FEES
Definition of Tariffs
Tariffs are duty (tax) implemented to you by your government or customs enforcement. Your country is essentially charging you a specific tax / fee / value for importing goods
The value of tariffs and/or import fees differ from country to country.
Liability of tariffs/other import costs
The shop is NOT liable for any tariffs or import costs that any corresponding government imposes on its citizens. It would be the responsibility of the customer to fulfill any fees necessary in order to receive the item
The shop will not be responsible for any consequences that occur should the customer refuse to accept or pay for any import fees or requirements imposed by your own country's laws.
Policies differ from country to country, but the package is either returned to the sender or disposed of. The shop has no authority or control over this
V. TARIFFS / IMPORT FEES
Should any other issue occur, the customer is encouraged and obligated to reach out to the shop via email at beerwlves@gmail.com. The shop would happily discuss and assist you with your order :)
All orders are shipped via private courier. Courier uses Singapore Postal Service but orders come from the Philippines so expect long shipping period for those outside of Asia.
> Shipping fees are fixed rates and will only increase if you add more plush dolls to your order or reach a number of items in your cart.
> Shipment of orders are scheduled to accommodate the production and packaging prep needed. I'm only one person so I need time before I can ship orders haha
