All orders are shipped via MyKartero. Courier uses Singapore Postal Service but orders come from the Philippines so expect long shipping period for those outside of Asia.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy

Refunds are only available if your package hasn't be shipped. 

Please note that any cancellation of orders after preorder period is over will automatically put you on the permanent blacklist.This is to avoid a repeat of cancellation of orders while production is already in progress. 

Severe cases where a request/replacement of lost items or missing packages without solid proof will also be blacklisted.  This is to protect myself from lost of profit and repetition of packages being lost. (I will send a refund/replacement but you will be blacklisted.)
